What we do not clean

To ensure that your home receives the highest quality of care we do not typically: mini blinds, wash dishes, wash pet dishes, clean toys, clean interior of fire places, clean irons/steam machines, or wash/dry/fold laundry.

Notes

All personal items will be placed in or near the space of origin at the start of your service appointment to ensure that they are in the right spot.

 

We are more than happy to clean the interior of your refrigerator, oven, interior of cabinets, windows, and baseboards for an additional fee. (Please see our A La Carte Services section)


**IMPORTANT NOTICES**

 

  • Property condition to be recorded by picture and/or video before, during, and after service appointment.

  • Property or unit must be equipped with a properly functioning ventilation system which permits heating or cooling appropriate to the context or weather at the time of service. If receipt of notice is issued by client to The Crew Cleaning Services LLC at the onset of the service appointment, the service appointment will be cancelled and a late cancellation fee will be assessed to client’s account.

  • All pets must be housed for the duration of the service appointment.

  • All recent pest control reports must be disclosed at the time-of-service appointment scheduling. *If notice is issued by client at the onset or during the service appointment, at the discretion of The Crew Cleaning Services LLC, the service appointment may be cancelled and a late cancellation fee will be applied to client’s account. In the case that the service appointment is conducted, a equipment serving fee will be applied to client’s account.

  • If firearms are stored on onsite, for the safety of our Service Crew Members, the storage location must be disclosed at the time-of-service appointment scheduling.

  • All children, if present, must be under the direct supervision of an adult for the duration of service appointment. *The Crew Cleaning Services LLC will not assume responsibility for a child’s access to supplies or equipment during ongoing service appointments.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule your service appointment following a 15-minute grace period, for access to the property or unit.

  • We DO NOT move furniture of any kind, including but not limited to the following: refrigerators, stoves, all tables, consoles, couches, ottomans, bookshelves, nightstands, lamps, aquariums, toy chests, etc. We can clean areas that are within our reach.
