The Crew

We identify a Black-owned, Women-led business who is commitment to providing our valued Crew Members with Time Freedom, the Best Customer Service, and Quality Care. We Are Licensed, Bonded, & Insured to give you a sense of security when placing your home/property in our care. Each Service Crew Member is required to pass a thorough background check, is trained, and highly skilled. We offer text reminders, and in-app communication throughout your service appointment so that you can monitor our progress.

Have your Service Crew Member passed backgrounds checks?

All Service Crew Members are required to undergo backgrounds checks and criminal history investigations.

Are you bonded and insured?

Yes. We are bonded, and carry liability + worker compensation insurance.

Do I need to be home at the time of service?

No, just leave the keys and leave the rest up to us.

Who will have access to my keys?

What if something is damaged during cleaning?

Please notify us if an item in your home was damaged during your scheduled cleaning service. We will replace or refund the cost of the item at no cost to you.

What forms of payment do you accept?

To ensure the safety of our Service Crew Member(s), they do not carry cash. We only accept electronic forms of payment, Visa and Master Card are welcome.

Do you provide service on holidays?

We want to provide both our clients and Service Crew Member(s) time to spend with family and friends. We observe ALL national holidays. We will be more than happy to reschedule your appointment to a different day in advance.

Can I tip my service crew member?

Tips are not required, however if you would like to tip your service crew member(s) for an exceptional job well done you are welcome to do so.

Can I request to have the same service crew member(s) complete each cleaning?

We are delighted that you found a Service Crew Member that you prefer, if scheduling permits, we are more than happy to do our best to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee that each cleaning will be completed by the same service crew member.

Who provides the service supplies?

We provide all service supplies.

What should I do if I am not happy with the service I received?

No worries at all, customer service is our top priority. Give us a call and we’ll make it right!
